Clients who subscribe to it will receive emailed maintenance notices in advance of any scheduled maintenance windows which may affect them.  Additionally, any user can login to the LuxSci portal and see historical, current, and planned maintenance windows in the maintenance area under the “Support” section of the site.  We make sure that planned maintenance windows are as visible to customers as possible without being annyoing.
