New, More Affordable Email Archival Services
LuxSci has introduced a new Premium Email Archival service. The premium email archival services provide redundant, immutable, single-instance storage of email data that allows companies to have permanent archives suitable for regulatory complaince. In particular:
- There is no setup fee.
- There is no yearly term required.
- Clients can purchase as few as one single license, if they are a single person shop.
- Email archival comes with unlimited storage — no matter how much email you receive, it will be archived at no additional cost.
- Price is based on how long the archived email is to be retained: 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or 7 years.
- Administrators and users get an archival interface that they can use to search for archived email, to download email, and to import historical email (i.e. from PST files). This interface is unified with that used for premium email filtering – so folks who have both can mange their archives and spam in the same interface.
- Historical email can be easily imported and the cost is minimum ($1/GB/mo for historical email stored)
- The email in the archives cannot be deleted or edited in any way and provides a permanent, redundant record or all email sent and received by the users in your domain(s).
How much does it cost?
The price for email archival starts at $1.90/user/mo for 1-year retention and goes up to $6.00/user/mo for 7-year retention. See our price list for details. We do also offer a discount for non-profit, government, and educational accounts.
The premium email archival services, like our premium email filtering service, can be added to any account whose email is hosted by LuxSci, as well as by anyone who has existing non-LuxSci email hosting that they are happy with. See our Premium Email Archival and/or Filtering "Only" package.
