McAfee, LuxSci’s partner in providing Premium Email Filtering and Premium Email Archival, has reduced some of its prices for Email Archival. LuxSci is able to pass these savings on to new customers. Customers with existing archival contracts with LuxSci can opt for a new contract and changed pricing by contacting LuxSci Support.

The pricing changes are as follows:

• 5- and 7-year archival retention now costs the same as 3-year retention.  Customers can choose whatever retention period suits them — 3, 5, or 7 years — and pay the same price of $3.25/user/month.  (Single-year retention archival remains at $1.90/user/month).
• 5- and 7-year archival retention bundled with Premium Email Filtering with Continuity now costs the same as the 3-year retention of the same bundle.  I.e. 3, 5, and 7-year filtering plus archival bundles now costs $3.65/user/month.  For only $0.30/month/user over regular archival, you also get Premium Email Filtering and Message Continuity (which usually costs $2.35/user/month by itself).
• The one year email archival plus Premium Email Filtering with Message Continuity bundle now costs only $2.95/user/month
• Archival of historical email costs only $8.75/month per block of 25GB of storage.

These changes make storage of historical archived data much more affordable, make basic 1-year archival plus filtering very inexpensive, and significantly reduce the cost of long retention archival packages.
