Collaborative Access to Encrypted Archived Form Data with SecureForm

Published: Monday, August 15th, 2011

LuxSci SecureForm service uniquely enables web sites and PDF forms to post their data and files to a secure URL and have that data automatically securely emailed to one or more recipients, uploaded to an S/FTP site, archived in an online collaborative WebAides file storage space, and/or saved to a MySQL database.  With a few clicks and minimal changes to existing forms, customers can have sophisticated and secure forwarding, processing, and storage of their form posts, including re-filling the posted data into template PDF, html, xml, and other files.

Collaborative Access to Encrypted Archived Form Data

When using SecureForm to store copies of uploaded form data to an online Documents WebAide, you can choose to have that data automatically encrypted so that only the “recipient” of the encryption (i.e. one of your users) can ever open it.  Not even LuxSci’s technical support staff would be able to access this data unless you specifically allowed it.

Published: Tuesday, July 28th, 2009

LuxSci is including one free WebAide collaboration license with all new accounts effective immediately.  This license offers one user in the account the full range of LuxSci’s WebAide collaboration suite – calendars, tasks, address books, blogs, document storage, password storage, notes, web links, and user groups – for free.  It also permits sharing of these tools globally with other users in the account.

Note that this offer only applies to accounts with email hosting at LuxSci.  It does not apply to High Volume SMTP accounts and accounts with only Premium Email Filtering or Archival services.

If you order WebAides as part of your account using our ordering tools, the first license will be free.

If you have an existing account without WebAides and would like to try them out, the Main Administrator of the account should create a Support Ticket with the request and we can grant you one free WebAide license as well.

Sending Ultra Secure Messages Just Got Easier!

Published: Saturday, December 17th, 2005

SecureLine-licensed users can add two new options to the cutting edge features of SecureLine email so that users can send and receive secure email messages directly from any email client without additional software to install!

  • SecureLine Automatic Outbound Encryption will automatically encrypt email messages sent from any email program if the recipient(s) are other SecureLine users or if information on how to secure their messages is stored in the sender’s address books(s). Messages that cannot be encrypted due to lack of information about the recipient, can be sent normally [insecurely] or not at all. Additionally, the sender can be notified about what happened and why. Combined with the use of Enterprise WebAide shared address books, it is easy to share recipient encryption information (like public keys or Escrow security questions and answers) across all users in your account.
  • SecureLine Automatic Inbound Decryption allows you to automatically:
    • decrypt secure messages to you upon arrival at LuxSci,
    • apply additional filters, if required, and,
    • store as unencrypted messages in your email folders.

This allows you to access these messages (securely over SSL) from any email client using POP or IMAP (as well as from WebMail). Both automatic encryption and automatic decryption can be configured on an account-wide, domain-wide, and per-user basis. Use of these features also enables “forced use of SSL” which will require all connections to email data via POP, IMAP, SMTP, and WebMail to be secure.
