About Free Trial Accounts

Trial accounts expire after 14 days; however, they are otherwise fully-featured LuxSci accounts with some minor limitations.

Your free trial account request will be reviewed by our security and sales department and will be granted within 24 hours, if approved.

Trial accounts are limited in the following ways:

• Trial account expire after 14 days.
• Trial accounts cannot be converted directly into real accounts.
• Any information or settings in trial accounts will be expunged after they expire.
• Trial accounts cannot be converted into real LuxSci accounts
• Custom domain names cannot be added to trial accounts; a trial domain name will be assigned to your account.
• Trial accounts can only have up to 3 users.
• Regular Trial Accounts: Only 10 outbound messages per day per user can be sent using SMTP for anti-Spam reasons.
• High Volume Trials Accounts: Only 300 recipients can be sent to by a trial account, for anti-Spam reasons.
• Sending email through WebMail is limited to 5 recipients per message for anti-Spam reasons.
• "Urgent" and "Emergency" technical support is not provided; however, normal support is available.
• Trial account users do not receive free restores from backup.
• Premium Filtering and Archival are not available (though we can set up a demo for you if needed).
• Trial accounts only get 1 GB of web bandwidth and 250 MB of disk space for testing purposes
• The disk space and bandwidth limits on trial accounts are "hard" in that if they are exceeded, the account will be partially suspended.
• Trial SecureForm services have a hard limit of 25 form posts/day, 2 MB of data posted/day, and 2 configurations.
