LuxSci uses several external organizations to independently verify the security and reliability of its Internet infrastructure.

These include:

LuxSci's services and systems have been independently certified to conform with the HITRUST CSF v9.4 Assurance Program with respect to security controls for:
  • HIPAA
  • GDPR
  • Massachusetts Privacy Law

The scope of the certification includes LuxSci's services (i.e., email hosting, email sending, web hosting, and secure form) and all applicable systems existing at the time of the assessment. I.e., including backup servers, email servers, database servers, standby servers, firewalls, load balancers, etc.

LuxSci performs yearly HIPAA reviews, including risk analyses. LuxSci engages with third parties to review its policies and practices with respect to security and HIPAA, perform penetration test, etc.
