Basic Support: New Cost Savings Option for Customers

LuxSci’s standard prices have always included Premium Support.  However, many of our customers are very self sufficient and would like to translate that into savings.  For mostly self sufficient customers, LuxSci now offers “Basic Support.”

Choosing Basic Support results in a 10% discount on eligible services.

What is Included?

Both Basic and Premium Support include:

  • Support 9am to 11pm Eastern Time, USA
  • Support via Tickets
  • Support via Email
  • Support via Online Help

Premium Support Adds:

  • Support via Telephone
  • Support at Higher Priority
  • Emergency 24/7 Support for Account Administrators
  • Free Data Restores from Backup

Which is right for you?

If you are fairly technical, feel self sufficient, and do not require telephone support, go with Basic Support and save 10%.  If you want the highest level of support, response time, and assistance available, choose Premium Support.

Upgrades and Downgrades

There is  $50 administrative fee for switching between Basic and Premium Support.  However, accounts created on or before May 23rd, 2011 can downgrade from Premium to Basic and have this fee waived one time (as Basic Support was not available when they signed up).
