LuxSci uses a number of third-party sub-processors through which User Personal Data may flow or in which such data may be stored. These sub-processors include: Rackspace, Amazon AWS, Proofpoint, Sonian, Comodo, easyDNS, Authorize.net, PayPal, Neuvasync, AnswerConnect, Google Analytics, CrazyEgg, and Oracle.
There are a few specific LuxSci services that are not GDPR compliant, as they are provided through arrangements with third-party vendors that are specifically focused on HIPAA compliance and US customers. These services include: SecureVideo and SecureChat. They are not available for use by organizations in the EU.
Can I modify this document? LuxSci does not accept customer modifications to or the removal of sections from its GDPR Agreement.
