Managed Migration: For those who prefer LuxSci's Managed Email Migration to bulk migrate email from external sources to their LuxSci hosted email account, the price is:

• $50 for 1-49 users migrated and up to 100 GB of email
• $150 for 50-149 users migrated and up to 250 GB of email
• $250+ for 150+ users or more than 250 GB of email - Custom price for more users, multiple copies, unusually large or complex scenarios, or other special considerations.

In the case where IMAP is not available at your old provider, but you do have your email in Outlook PST files, you can mail us DVDs or hard drives containing this data and we can import it for a fee of $100/GB or fraction thereof (special pricing available for large uploads).

Migrate a Domain to different LuxSci account

For the migration of a domain and all of the users and data in it to a new or different LuxSci account, there is a fee for the manual operations work involved.

Migration Fee: $50.00 per domain migrated.

Migrate a LuxSci Account from one dedicated server to another dedicated server

For customers moving their account from one dedicated server to a new dedicated server, there is a fee to cover the manual work involved. This is in addition to any setup fees for the new server.

Migration Fee: $100.00+

Migration from server-to-server is generally pretty straight forward. However, if your configuration is complex or if you have specific migration requirements, then the fee will be a function of the work involved. Your actual migration fee will be determined based on an account review when request an upgrade price.

Migrate a LuxSci Account from shared services to a dedicated LuxSci server

For customers upgrading from shared email and/or web services at LuxSci to a dedicated server, there is a fee to cover the manual work involved. This is in addition to any setup fees for the new server.

Migration Fee: $100.00+

For complex shared accounts (e.g., many users, databases, or other complexities), the fee may be higher than $100. Your actual migration fee will be determined based on an account review when request an upgrade price.

Telephone Training: Email Program Setup, Account Customization and Configuration, and general Service Training via phone with a LuxSci Technical Support representative.

Price: $100 per hour. 30 minute minimum. Additional time in increments of 15 minutes.

1-Hour Classes: Basic Support, Account Administration, SecureLine/HIPAA Setup, WebAides Collaboration Tools. Ideal for your Main Administrator, internal Support Team, and IT Staff.

Price: $300 per 1 hour class. Web-based. Offered by LuxSci Technical Support.

Should you require LuxSci's assistance in responding to a security audit, security scan, third part risk assessment, etc. which involves the services or servers provided by LuxSci, LuxSci can assist for a fee. The actual cost will be a function of the complexity of the work and time required by LuxSci to assist you.

Pricing is $300/hr with a $100 minimum. LuxSci can give you a firm price quote before starting work, if desired.
