We are committed to making our SecureSend website as accessible as possible to people with special needs, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive, and motor impairments. We're constantly working towards improving the accessibility of our website to ensure we provide equal access to all our users.

As part of our commitment to accessibility, we ensure that our website is conformant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 ("WCAG 2.1") up to level AA. This ensures the website is flexible and adaptable to different users' needs or preferences and is accessible through a variety of different technologies, including assistive technologies.


For the sake of clarity, our target for WCAG 2.1 AA compliance includes the entire SecureSend and SecureLine Escrow portals, with the exceptions of:

  • Viewing email. The actual content of email messages sent by third parties can not be made compliant when viewed as intended, as we do not have control over the content and formatting of those messages.
  • Composing email. The actual content of messages composed by our users is not forced to be compliant, as we provide our users with rich content formatting tools and empower them to compose messages formatted as they see fit.
  • Branding. Some customers may customize the branding of these portals. That includes the possibility of changing fonts and colors, and of editing the page headers and footers. We do not enforce accessibility compliance on branding customizations made by our customers.
