Pricing Overview

Premium Email Archival is available in four different retention periods that determine how long archived email is retained before deletion. Archived email that is older than the retention period can be saved prior to deletion when arranged for in advance.

• No setup fee
• No yearly contract required
• You need a number of licenses equal to the numbers of users in the domains you are archiving.
• Pricing is on a per-user, not a per-address basis (i.e. archival of email for a reasonable number of aliases is included).
• Pricing is based on how long email is saved in the archives (retention). This can be 1, 3, 5, or 7 years.
• Minimum of 1 users to order if you are ordering email hosting services as well. Email Archival Standalone accounts (or accounts with Filtering and Archival but no hosting) must have at least 5 users.

Pricing Details

Pricing for Premium Email Archival is based on the number of licenses purchased and the retention period. The following prices are all "per license per month".

For 3-7 years of archival, you choose your retention period initially -- the price is the same for all of these retention periods.

Historical Data: Historical data can be imported and saved in the archives for a $8.75/month per 25GB of stored historical data.

Bundle Pricing: Archival + Filtering

This bundle includes Premium Email Archival, Standard Premium Email Filtering, and Message Continuity services all together in one discounted package. The bundle price is a function of the archival retention period desired.

Government, Education, and Not-For-Profit Organizations: These bundles are discounted so much that there is no additional price break for these organizations.

Ordering a new LuxSci Account?

1. Choose a package from our Prices & Ordering area.
2. Press "Select ackage and Proceed"
3. Click on the "Revise Order" tab on the Configuration page
4. Add "Premium Email Archival", if it is not already a part of your selected package.

Archival for Email Not Hosted by LuxSci?

If you have an account hosted by someone other than LuxSci, simply order our Premium Email Archival "Standalone" package.

Existing clients can have their domains provisioned for Email Archival service at any time. Simply:

• Use your Account Upgrade page to add a number of Email Archival licenses, equal to the number of users in the domain to be protected, to your account.
• Select the domain in question in the "Domain Management" section of your account administration page.
• Click on the "Premium Email Archival" subpage
• Press the "Add Premium Email Archival" option.
