Individual accounts can have multiple Private Labeled Themes and can restrict application of these themes on a per-domain basis. This keeps users in one set of domains from accessing or seeing any information about the Private Labeled Themes for users in another set of domains. This feature also allows you to have Private Labeled Themes which apply to only selected domains in your account, while other domains can remain without private labeling, if you so choose.

Private support tickets make it possible (though optional) for the administrator of your account to be the recipient of all support tickets that your users make. Customize the message that SecureLine Escrow recipients receive when a secure message has been sent to them and is waiting to be picked up in the SecureLine Escrow portal.

Pre-configure your SecureSend portal with a list of recipients in your account to which your SecureSend users can send secure messages. This saves them from having to enter email addresses -- they can just select a name from your list.

If you have multiple Themes using SecureSend, you will want to segregate the users of these themes into separate "Namespaces" so that each Theme has its own independent set of SecureSend users.

While the same email address (e.g. user\@domain.com) can sign up for SecureSend services in multiple name spaces -- each such subscription is a completely independent account. This means, in particular, that such a user would need to login to the specific theme to see messages and history related to that theme (there is no unified view of messages and history across Namespaces -- that is the whole point of Namespaces - to segregate your users and their information from other customers).

Enable SecureSend users to be able to see an "INBOX" of all SecureLine Escrow messages they have received - Re-read them, reply to them, delete them at any time.

Without Message Center, Escrow messages are accessible only individually by clicking on links in the waiting message notifications.
