Thomas Deeb – Chief Experience Officer
Tom has experience leading large, diverse teams from global technology to direct-to-consumer retail across multiple customer functions. Before joining LuxSci, Tom managed teams in Customer Success, Customer Operations, Managed Services and Retail Management roles. In these positions, he built strong relationships, developed global teams, built out strategic business initiatives and refined business processes to deliver superior customer experiences. Tom’s past experiences afford him a unique perspective that combines customer-centric, data-driven operations with thoughtful team and business enablement.
Tom has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
