Email message recipients can look at the source or headers of a received message and determine such things as:
- What servers sent it
- What programs were used to send it
- What companies were involved in the sending
Often our High Volume Bulk Mailing customers do not want recipients to know that they are using LuxSci or High Volume — they would prefer that the sending be “branded” so that it looks like messages are coming from their own service and servers.

LuxSci’s SecureForm service enables you to quickly make your web site or PDF forms secure and HIPAA compliant. Receive the form data, including uploaded files, via secure email or download the data securely from LuxSci’s web interface. It also supports insecure form posts and delivery, making the usual form-to-email process easy to setup and protected from form Spam.
Typically, when using SecureForm, your web or PDF form will post to a secure web site address (URL) that is provided by LuxSci in the LuxSci.com domain name. I.e. something like “https://secureform.luxsci.com/perl/post/xxxxxxx”. Once the form data is processed, the end user is redirected to a success or failure web page on your site (for web forms), or is shown a success or failure PDF that you provide (for PDF forms). I.e. under most conditions, the end user will never see the domain name to which the form is posted.
For customers who wish to use their own web site URL for the secure form posts, perhaps something like “https://forms.yourdomain.com/perl/post/xxxxxxx”, LuxSci now has a solution that does not require getting a dedicated server!

LuxSci has offered “Private Labeling” for many years. This feature allows customers to customize the look and feel of the WebMail and SecureLine interfaces to match the branding of their web site or organization’s colors.
Private Labeling tools now include:
- 11 new color schemes that can be selected to quickly configure WebMail to match your organization’s general color scheme.
- A new Private Labeled Theme Creation Wizard that allows you to select a color scheme plus upload your logo. The Wizard will then create a professional looking standard theme. Our wizard makes it easy and fast to create a theme that matches your organization’s branding — no HTML or programming skill is needed.
- A “Look and Feel Wizard” that allows anyone with an existing Private Labeled theme to similarly select a color scheme and upload a logo to re-design their theme using one of the new styles.
- Better organized theme management to further simplify theme access and configuration.
