LuxSci’s WebAides empower you to collaborate on Calendars, Tasks, Contacts, Files, Links, Notes, Passwords, and more.
While you could always create multiple Documents containers for storing files, or multiple Address Books for contacts, there was not a way to organize via a nested file/folder structure (like the file structure on your computer) or to have Task lists organized in a hierarchical manner.

LuxSci’s Passwords WebAide allows you to access the myriads of complex or not-so-complex passwords to web sites and programs in a central location that you can access anytime, anyplace, to look up your passwords.
What’s the benefit?
- Centralized Online Access — get to your passwords from any computer connected to the Internet.
- One Password to Rule Them All – All password data is PGP-encrypted and you can open it all with just one password; LuxSci-staff cannot even access the data without you providing them the special password. You only have to remember one password.
- Backed up — LuxSci automatically makes daily and weekly backups to geographically separate locations for you. We can always restore lost data, if needed.
New: Mobile Access to Passwords
LuxSci’s Mobile Site now supports access to your Password WebAides. You can now view your password data from any device using our slick, quick, Mobile Web Interface.
On-the-go access to password data from phones and tablets has been an often-requested feature. Now it’s here.
Soon, we will expand the Mobile Site to allow for the creation and editing of stored WebAide Password data as well.

Customers commonly want to create sections of their web sites that are password protected — so only authorized users can access specific pages, downloads, or other content. In most cases, setting this up requires some technical know-how and messing with “htaccess” and “htpasswd” files — in general, it can be a pain to do it “manually”.
LuxSci has a web site password protection tool integrated into its web site management console. Use of this tool makes password protection and management of the users (and user groups) very simple.

LuxSci is including one free WebAide collaboration license with all new accounts effective immediately. This license offers one user in the account the full range of LuxSci’s WebAide collaboration suite – calendars, tasks, address books, blogs, document storage, password storage, notes, web links, and user groups – for free. It also permits sharing of these tools globally with other users in the account.
Note that this offer only applies to accounts with email hosting at LuxSci. It does not apply to High Volume SMTP accounts and accounts with only Premium Email Filtering or Archival services.
If you order WebAides as part of your account using our ordering tools, the first license will be free.
If you have an existing account without WebAides and would like to try them out, the Main Administrator of the account should create a Support Ticket with the request and we can grant you one free WebAide license as well.

LuxSci’s Passwords WebAide, which has been extensively updated, makes it quick and easy to securely store all of your numerous passwords in one central location, and to share access to these with other users on a per-password basis, if needed. We’ve just made it very easy to also export your saved encrypted passwords from the Passwords WebAide. Use this feature to make your own backups of password lists, plus get printer friendly lists of those passwords to save in a secure location or to use as a reference when updating passwords.
